Adelaide housing costs rising faster than Sydney and Melbourne as Labor cruises

Family First has expressed alarm at latest ABS inflation data which shows the cost of housing in Adelaide is rising faster than Sydney and Melbourne.
The October figures show housing costs in Sydney and Melbourne rose 4.2 per cent in both major cities but a whopping 6.7pc in Adelaide.
The national average was 5.9pc.
Family First Upper House candidate Deepa Mathew said with the Liberals in disarray the Malinauskas government was cruising to a big victory despite costs going up.
“PR, spin and sporting events are not enough, South Australian families need representatives who will fight to take the pressure off them.
“A Liberal wipe-out in the Upper House would give Labor unfettered power at a time when it clearly has its eye off the ball.
“With the cost of everything rising and state debt out of control, families need Family First to watch their back in the Upper House,” Ms Mathew said.
