AMEX Delicious Month returns with a culinary world first featuring viral chocolate artist and pastry chef

American Express delicious. Month Out (AEDMO) is back this May 2025 for its sixth mouthwatering year, and it’s bringing a culinary world-first to Aussie shores.
Running across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and for the first time, Canberra, AEDMO 2025 will serve up exclusive dining offers and experiences over the course of the month across 55,000 venues.
Internationally renowned French Swiss pastry chef and viral chocolate artist, Amaury Guichon (aka 'The Chocolate Guy') will touch down in Sydney for exclusively for this event. Famous for his incredible chocolate sculptures and viral dessert videos, Amaury has a total of 44 million followers across social media and has starred in Netflix’s School of Chocolate and Channel 10’s Dessert Masters in 2023. His creations blur the line between dessert and art, captivating audiences around the world.
From 8th- 10th May, a limited-time pop-up store will be located at 20 Martin Place, Sydney offering chocolate lovers the chance to purchase one of Guichon’s edible masterpieces for the first time ever, made exclusively for AEDMO.
From 9th to 10th May, Guichon will team up with award-winning cocktail bar Maybe Sammy for a sky-high dessert bar on Level 16 of 20 Martin Place where guests can enjoy bespoke chocolate cocktails.
