6 March 2026: Gabriella Pomare, family lawyer, award-winning author and internationally recognised speaker, is bringing her signature keynote, Breaking the Good Girl Blueprint, to the United States. After appearing on Good Day LA and CBS Mornings, Gabriella will present her keynote at the Global SheTalks conference on 7 March in California, before further media appearances in New York. This trip marks the next chapter of a growing American presence that has already taken her to NBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, Good Day New York and The Today Show.
The Good Girl Blueprint is the invisible operating system most high-performing women are still running - a set of deeply conditioned rules learned in childhood that equate worth with productivity, equating approval with safety, and ambition with self-sacrifice. It is the engine behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning and the quiet inability to rest, receive, set limits, or feel safe slowing down.
In her keynote, Gabriella unpacks how this blueprint quietly drives modern burnout, not as a productivity failure, but as a nervous system crisis. How success becomes tied to approval. How high-achievers end up running on survival mode even when life looks successful on paper. And why ‘doing more’ keeps failing as a strategy.
Drawing on neuroscience, psychology and over a decade in high-pressure family law, Gabriella offers something rare: a clear explanation of why brilliant women are stuck, and the practical tools to change it.
Audiences leave with language for what they’ve been feeling for years, tools to regulate stress, rebuild capacity and sharpen focus, and permission to lead with self-trust and sustainable power, without lowering standards or losing their edge.
“Most high-achieving women don’t realise they’re still living by rules they learned as little girls. Be good. Be nice. Be perfect. Don’t make waves. Don’t disappoint anyone. Don’t need too much. That blueprint creates incredible performers — and exhausted humans.”
Gabriella is available for commentary on modern marriage, celebrity or high-profile family breakdowns, co-parenting, identity after separation, and the emotional pressures facing high-achieving women.
