The Beaudesert project dubbed Beaumoor, was officially launched in June, and in the weeks preceding, developers have committed to supporting the tight knit community in an effort to both bring value to existing residents, plus increase awareness of the developer and its projects.

Beaumoor was the naming rights sponsor of the Beaumoor Beaudesert Cup held on Saturday 6 July at the Aquis Beaudesert Race Club, with around 1,000 people attending to see Harmony Reigns win the feature day on the Scenic Rim’s racing calendar.

A week prior, the development also brought home-town boy and 2023 MasterChef Australia champion Brent Draper back to Beaudesert to help launch its Sales Suite with ice-cream featuring produce from the surrounding region.

Moremac and IDA is also committed to a long-term partnership with the Beaudesert Kingfishers Rugby League Club through the Beaumoor development and will activate alongside the club throughout the season across all grades.

Additionally, Moremac has made contributions to the Beaudesert Pony Club, Beaudesert Bowls Club and Beaudesert Boxing Club under the Beaumoor banner.

The developer also partnered with the organisers of Beaudesert’s sesquicentennial celebrations to assist the B150 committee mark the town’s milestone year at the Family Fun Day and Gala Evening in July.

Sales and Marketing Director at Moremac, Lachlan Moore, says the partnerships is a way for the developer to introduce themselves to locals with a goal of creating long lasting, positive impacts for what will be a long-term project.

“Engaging with the people of Beaudesert through our partnerships gives us an avenue to educate the community on our Beaumoor project,” said Moore.

“It’s really important to us that we have strong and meaningful relationships with the communities we develop in. These are long term projects and it’s our goal to grow in tandem with the township.

“If we can partner with community groups, it also provides an immediate introduction for future residents who may be looking to join their local sporting club or social group, which goes a long way to making people feel welcome.”

As is common practice for the developer’s projects, Moremac looks forward to engaging further with the township and surrounding areas through free community events as Beaumoor progresses.

Beaumoor will be developed into a new community centrally located within walking distance to hospitals, schools, services and entertainment, making it ideal for future residents.

Over 35 hectares of public open space and playable parkland, as well as a bike and pedestrian network providing easy access to the Beaudesert locality and surrounding services.

Beaumoor’s first release was sold out within 24 hours, with the second release now selling.
