1883 Syrups Non-Alc Cocktails

Frozen Silk Cranberry

A cloud of tangy freshness that enhances this invigorating little red berry.

Ingredients
1.5cl Cranberry Syrup 1883 Ocean Spray
10cl whole milk
3cl sweetened condensed milk
Toppings: Ground cinnamon

Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients into a blender, add the equivalent of the glass in ice cubes and mix.
• Pour into a cocktail glass, then sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and serve.

Wild Strawberry Fizz

A combination of fruity and slightly acidic flavors, with a hint of herbaceousness.

Ingredients
1.5cl Wild Strawberry Syrup 1883
10cl Artonic Lemongrass Soda
1.5cl Artonic Verjuice
3cl Red Grape Juice
2 Lemongrass Sticks

Preparation

• In a previously chilled cocktail glass, pour the ingredients, finishing with the lemongrass soda.
• Garnish with lemongrass sticks, then serve.

Green Apple Tonic

A real bouquet of Provence to taste.

Ingredients
2cl Création Fruits 1883 Green Apple
12cl Artonic Tonic Lavender
1cl Yellow Lemon Juice


Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler glass with ice cubes.
• Mix gently, then garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.

Genmaicha - Mule


The sweet notes of pineapple and the original scent of Pandan come together in this surprising non-alcoholic cocktail.

Ingredients

3cl Pandan Syrup 1883
6cl Genmaicha Tea
6cl clarified pineapple juice

Preparation

• Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir.
• Strain into a Mule mug filled with clear ice, then garnish with a sprig of mint and a dehydrated pineapple.

Spiced Mango Limo

A sparkling summer lemonade that awakens the taste buds by combining the sweetness of pineapple, the malice of lime and the pep of spicy mango.

Ingredients:

2 cl Spicy Mango Syrup 1883
10 cl Sparkling Water
3 cl Pineapple Juice
2 cl Lime Juice

Preparation

• Pour all ingredients into the shaker tin, except for the soda water.
• Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
• Double strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice and top with soda water.
• Garnish with a lime wedge.

Virgin Mary - Cuja

A frozen non-alcoholic cocktail with exotic notes in the spirit of the famous Bloody Mary cocktail.

Ingredients

2cl Création Fruits 1883 Passion fruit
1 medium peeled tomato
1 dash Tabasco
8cl blood orange juice
Preparation

• Peel a tomato.
• Pour all the ingredients into the cup of a blender.
• Add a scoop of crushed ice and mix until smooth.
• Pour into a Tumbler glass (or a Take Away glass).
• Decorate with a cherry tomato, a bird's eye chili and a slice of orange.

 Non-Alc Cocktails

Fragoloso

Ingredients

• 30 cl of Palermo Rosso
• 10 cl of strawberry juice
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Take a tumbler-type glass, ideal for a long drink cocktail, and pour ice cubes into it. 
• Add 30 cl of Palermo Rosso into the glass.
• Finish with 10 cl of strawberry juice.

Pelmorino

Ingredients  

• 7 cl of Palermo Amarino 
• 3 cl of grapefruit juice 
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Take a cocktail glass.
• Pour 7 cl of Palermo Amorino directly into the glass.
• Add 3 cl of Apple juce.
• Finish with a few ice cubes. 
• Place 1 orange slice in the glass if you like.

Bianco Mela

Ingredients

• 7 cl of Palermo Bianco
• 3 cl of Apple juice
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Take a cocktail glass.
• Pour 7 cl of Palermo Bianco directly into the glass.
• Add 3 cl of Apple juice.
• Finish with a few ice cubes.
• Place 1 orange slice in the glass if you like.

Ti' Palermo

Ingredients

• 6 cl of Palermo Gentiane 
• ½ Lime
• 2 cl of Canadou cane syrup
• Ice cubes

Preparation

• Take an old-fashioned glass. You also can take a short and large glass. 
• Cut half of the lime and squeeze it directly into the glass with the help of a masher or a “bois lélé”
• Mix with the sugar cane syrup.
• Finalize your cocktail by adding your Palermo Gentiane.
• You can garnish your glass with a slice of lime
