Robyn Verrall – Founder, Harvesting Potential Winner CEO-Board Category
Robyn Verrall’s journey toward addressing food insecurity began in 2011 with a life-changing moment: bringing a Christmas roast to a local elder only to discover an empty fridge. That stark realization led Robyn to establish Harvesting Potential, a nonprofit dedicated to delivering affordable, accessible food to First Nations communities and vulnerable groups. Robyn’s work goes beyond hunger relief; as Chair of Agribusiness, Food, Wine & Beverage, and a board member for SA Leaders for Gender Equity South Australia, she empowers women and fosters growth in her community. Her unwavering dedication makes her a beacon of hope and equity.
Ren Zhang – Creator, Have You Eaten? Podcast Winner Manager Category
Ren Zhang, with the support of Coles, has created a space where food and heritage intertwine. Her podcast, Have You Eaten? amplifies the voices of immigrant team members across Coles' network, sharing deeply personal stories about the connections between food, family, and culture. From Shanghai to Australia, her guests recount how familiar flavours bring comfort and preserve their heritage while forging new memories. Ren’s podcast beautifully showcases the shared language of food, bridging cultures and honouring diversity in an authentic and heartfelt way.
Trinelle Rebeiro – Principal Auditor, Financial Crime, NAB Winner Employee category
Trinelle Rebeiro’s leadership in gender equity extends far beyond her role as Principal Auditor at NAB. As a volunteer leader in NAB’s gender equity resource group, she spearheaded internal awards to recognise change-makers on International Women’s Day, offering professional development opportunities for winners. Her efforts spotlight stories like Bettina, who inspires students to explore STEM, and another recipient who founded the "She Builds" program to support women transitioning into STEM roles. Trinelle’s work fosters a supportive and empowering workplace culture, driving meaningful progress.
Lisa Sweeney, CEO of Business in Heels, expressed admiration for the winners:
