CIMIC's Leighton Asia awarded a luxury residential construction project in India

CIMIC Group company Leighton Asia has been awarded a contract to deliver a luxury residential project in Mumbai, India, for Embassy Developments Limited, India’s major real estate developer.

 

The project, known as Embassy Citadel, is located in the South Mumbai area, and will generate revenue of approximately A$132 million for Leighton Asia.

The project involves construction of a single tower, approximately 300 metres in height, with a builtup area of around 192,000 square metres. The scope includes civil and structural works. 

 

Construction is set to commence in July 2026.
