PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA — September 2026 — ClearShield Security Pty Ltd, the Western Australian designer and manufacturer of patented security screen systems, today announced the completion of its sale by founders George and Jamie Koutsoukos to private investors Damon and Everett Fieldgate.

Founded and built by the Koutsoukos family over more than two decades, ClearShield has grown into a recognised name in security screen manufacturing, holding an extensive international patent and trademark portfolio. The company's Malaga facility has served as the base for its design, manufacturing and distribution operations throughout its history.

The sale marks a transition point for the company as it moves into new ownership after being held and operated by the Koutsoukos family since its founding.

"Handing it over isn't the end of our involvement  — this business, our staff and everything it stands for will always matter to us. Bothers Damon and Everett Fieldgate, private investors who grew up in Perth takes ownership of ClearShield Security with a focus on preserving the foundation the Koutsoukos family built while positioning the company for its next stage of growth.

ClearShield's operations will continue without interruption. The company's staff, management team, Malaga facility, and day-to-day operations remain in place, and existing trade, supply and customer relationships will carry on as before. The ClearShield brand, product lines and manufacturing capabilities will continue unchanged as the new owners takes the business forward.
