Sydney, Australia / Wellington, New Zealand – 9 September 2026 – First Focus has acquired Resolve Technology, a Wellington-based managed IT services provider, further expanding its New Zealand presence and specialist capability.
First Focus has supported clients in New Zealand for more than a decade and today has more than 100 staff across Auckland, Nelson, Dunedin and Christchurch. The addition of Resolve strengthens its presence in Wellington and brings together Resolve’s strong local relationships and specialist experience with First Focus’s broader scale and expertise across AI, automation, cyber security, cloud and 24×7 managed services.
Resolve has built a strong reputation for making technology simple for New Zealand businesses, particularly law firms, health providers, community organisations and other professional and regulated organisations where reliability, security, privacy and data sovereignty are critical.
For Resolve clients, continuity comes first. Existing relationships and support will remain in place, while clients progressively gain access to the broader expertise, technology and resources available through First Focus.
