WHO:

Flotilla lawyers, parents and partners, and political figures urge the Albanese Government to condemn Israel for blocking aid.

BACKGROUND

KEY ISSUES

Violations of international law;
Gaza is being deliberately starved;
Delivering aid should be legal, blocking it is illegal and inhumane;
Australia continues to export weapons to Israel despite ICJ provisional measures;
End human rights abuses in Israeli custody.

GOALS

The Australian Government must:

Pressure Israeli government to allow unrestricted delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza;
End all weapons exports to Israel as required by ICJ rulings;
Oppose the blockade of vessels approaching Gaza.
Ensure safety of every Australian Flotilla participant taken hostage by Israel during illegal interception at sea.
