Key Facts:

A brand-new festive event, the Santa Relay, is coming to Sydney in December 2026, presented by AMA Event Management, with two locations: Cronulla on 6 December and Penrith on 12 December.
Unlike a traditional fun run, participants arrive in everyday clothes and must complete five Christmas-themed challenges along the course to earn pieces of their Santa outfit.
The five Santa outfit items collected at checkpoints — a hat, shirt, beard, Christmas glasses, and sack — are theirs to keep upon completing the event.
The Cronulla Santa Relay will take place at Cronulla Park against a seaside backdrop, whilst the Nepean Santa Relay will follow the scenic Nepean River Walk, starting and finishing at The Orchard, Penrith.
Both events are designed to bring families, friends, and workmates together, combining outdoor adventure, festive costumes, food, prizes, and laughter.
