Grand Opening of Coronation's Mason & Main Housing and Retail Precinct

Leading Australian developer and builder Coronation Property (‘Coronation’) today will officially open its multi-award winning Mason & Main housing and retail precinct in the heart of the revitalised Merrylands CBD – delivering 849 new homes into the Western Sydney market.
Designed by renowned, global architects Woods Bagot, the dynamic mixed-use development features Stage One x 434 Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Stage Two x 415 Build-to-Sell (BTS) apartments, premium amenities including a pool, a vibrant retail and ‘Eat Street’ dining area and one of Sydney’s biggest gyms.
Stage One is the biggest BTR project in NSW to date, with local essential workers (teachers, childcare and allied health workers) already moving-in to quality, new rental apartments, allowing them to live close to where they work.

The official opening of Mason & Main will take place at midday on Saturday 10 May, 2025. Guided tours of the apartments for sale and rent will take place after the opening ‘ribbon-cutting’ event.
