HCF, Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund, has been named Health Insurer of the Year in the 2026 WeMoney Insurance Awards for the second consecutive year.

TUESDAY, 21 JULY 2026: HCF, Australia's largest not-for-profit health fund, has been named Health Insurer of the Year in the 2026 WeMoney Insurance Awards for the second consecutive year. HCF also received the Outstanding Customer Service award, recognising its commitment to delivering value and service for members.

The WeMoney Insurance Awards are independently judged and recognise excellence across value, claims experience, digital experience and member satisfaction, with criteria weighted towards the features and services most valued by Gen Z and Millennial consumers.

HCF Life, a wholly owned subsidiary of HCF, also received three awards across customer service and flexibility categories:

  • Outstanding Customer Service – Income Protection (third consecutive year)
  • Outstanding Customer Service – Life Insurance (second consecutive year)
  • Best for Flexibility – Life Insurance (second consecutive year)

 

HCF Chief Operating Officer Kevin Keane said the awards reflected HCF’s continued focus on delivering value for members and supporting better health and wellbeing outcomes.
