INTEGRATE & AVIXA TECH TALKS 2026 PROGRAMME ANNOUNCED

Early bird tickets available until 30 June as ANZ's most comprehensive AV education programme returns to ICC Sydney

Sydney, 11th June 2026 -- Integrate, the ANZ AV industry's annual meeting point, has announced the full education programme for the Integrate & AVIXA Tech Talks 2026, running across all three days of Integrate 2026, 2–4 September at ICC Sydney.

Developed in partnership with AVIXA, the Tech Talks bring together industry practitioners, technology specialists, and end users for three days of expert-led education grounded in real-world AV application. This year's programme spans nine panel sessions across themes including the business of AV, conferencing and collaboration, digital signage, audio, broadcast AV, networked AV, live production, and higher education.

Early bird tickets are available now at $250 + GST, with standard pricing of $295 + GST applying from 1 July 2026. The early bird deadline is 30 June 2026.

What's on the programme

The 2026 programme opens on Wednesday 2 September with a session examining the Intelligence Economy -- exploring how AI, data-driven decision-making, and human-centric design are converging to reshape how organisations think about AV investment and strategy. Delegates will leave with a macro view of market forces shaping AV through 2028, and a practical framework for moving from hardware specification to measurable business outcomes.

Day one continues with sessions across intelligent spaces and data-led AV design, LED and digital signage experiences, and hybrid collaboration environments. Key takeaways from this opening day include how to define clear outcomes for LED installations that deliver long-term value, how AV professionals can prioritise skills and investment as AV takes on a more strategic role in the built environment, and how to align space design and technology with real human behaviour.

Thursday 3 September turns to the evolving business models transforming the industry, from AV as a Service and the shift from CapEx to managed, outcome-based delivery, to networked AV architecture and the convergence of AV and IT. The afternoon examines how collaboration spaces are being redesigned across hybrid work, education, and public environments -- and what success looks like beyond technology performance alone. The day closes with the AVIXA Women's Council Forum, a free-to-attend session exploring inclusive leadership as a driver of business growth.

Friday 4 September focuses on the future of production: broadcast AV's evolution from hardware-centric control rooms to flexible IP-based content ecosystems, the role of AI and experience design in live production, and how audio is transforming from a supporting system into an intelligent layer of the built environment.

Across all three days, delegates will leave with practical, immediately applicable insights -- on system design, technology decision-making, and the skills that will matter most over the next three to five years.

New in 2026: AI in AV Mini Conference

Running on Wednesday 2 September from 2:00–3:50pm in the Tech Talks Theatre, the AI in AV Mini Conference is a standalone half-day programme examining how artificial intelligence is practically reshaping the AV industry.

The mini conference opens with a keynote separating AI hype from reality -- examining where AI is genuinely transforming AV operations and user experience, and where fundamentals like system design, human creativity, and trusted partnerships remain unchanged. Two focused tech talks follow: the first on how AI is improving AV system efficiency behind the scenes, from predictive maintenance to AI-assisted troubleshooting; the second on how intelligent tools are reshaping content creation, generative digital signage, and data-informed experience design.

The programme closes with a panel discussion bringing together integration, technology, and end-user perspectives on what AI adoption actually looks like in practice -- covering trust, data security, skills transformation, and the ethical considerations that matter to AV teams today.

The AI in AV Mini Conference is available as a standalone ticket at $200 + GST, or as part of the full Tech Talks pass.
