Tines, the Irish-founded global intelligent workflow leader, today announced that it would double its headcount in Australia, as it officially launches its APAC hub in the country. The news follows growth in demand in the region, as organisations implement intelligent workflows and AI agents at scale.

The company will open a number of customer-facing roles to fuel growth and drive engagement among the growing customer base in the Australia, New Zealand (ANZ) market. Tines now allows customers local data residency options with AWS, offering the flexibility to customise their setup to meet their requirements.

Powering the world’s most important workflows at organisations like Canva, the Australian National University, REA Group and nib Health Funds, Tines combines AI, automation, and integration with human oversight to drive real business impact.

Tines has seen increased demand across the enterprise as it has broadened its use cases beyond security and security operations, having recently seen a surge of interest from IT teams looking to drive real business value from their AI investments. 75% of active customers use Tines across multiple teams.

CEO and co-founder Eoin Hinchy said: "We're seeing a real shift in the local market right now, from early adopters like Canva and ANU, who have embraced intelligent workflows at scale, to a growing wave of organisations that are just beginning to explore what's possible. What's exciting is that the conversation has changed: companies across the region are now actively looking to operationalise AI and drive more value from the tools they already have, and Tines is uniquely positioned to help them do that. Doubling our footprint in Australia is a natural next step, and we're committed to building something significant here for the long term."

Judith Harrington, Senior Market Advisor, Digital Technologies & Services, Enterprise Ireland, said: “Tines is a standout example of an Irish company building world‑class technology and scaling globally with real intent. Its continued investment in the Australian team reflects strong demand from enterprise security and IT teams for intelligent workflow automation. We’re delighted to see Tines deepen its presence in the region and look forward to supporting its expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider APAC market.”

Tines is growing its international footprint and recently announced 100 U.S. jobs. The company, which is dual-headquartered between Boston and Dublin, has seen major growth globally as organisations embrace intelligent workflows. While according to MIT, 95% of AI implementations fall short, 94% of Tines-run pilots advance to production. On average, our customers connect 68 different tools to Tines, proving how seamlessly it works across any stack and helps teams work across silos.
