Co-designed and delivered with LHH, Equip Super's Senior Leaders Program empowers mid-level managers to elevate their leadership capabilities, drive team effectiveness, and transition from tactical to strategic thinking. By aligning leadership behaviours with organisational goals, the program prepares leaders to navigate complex challenges, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver impact at an executive level.

In the second phase of its program in 2024, first partnering together since 2022, Equip Super leveraged LHH's Team Effectiveness framework and learning and development software Actionable's Habit Builder as part of its Senior Leaders Program, to maintain momentum and further elevate leadership capability, introducing new leadership models, embed behaviours, and mindsets. Key areas of focus included cultivating purpose, belonging, and adaptability, while strengthening collaboration and communication within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive leadership alignment and execution.

LHH's Team Effectiveness solution, grounded in the pillars of belonging, purpose, and agility aimed to foster trust, alignment, and adaptability for Equip Super's competitive edge in today's dynamic work environment. Through the program, participants developed skills and strategies to strengthen team culture, drive meaningful outcomes, and lead with agility. The goals were fully achieved, and the program's outcomes are strongly aligned with Equip Super's strategic imperatives.

The program delivered measurable benefits aligned with Equip Super's strategic priorities:

  • Nearly all participants (95%) found the program engaging and directly applicable to their roles.

  • There was a 9% increase in employee engagement scores for effective communication after the program, indicating stronger collaboration and alignment with the leadership team.

  • A 15% uplift in self-awareness of leadership style was observed, driving better decision-making.

  • An 8% improvement was noted in balancing advocacy and inquiry, critical for adaptive leadership.

  • Sustained adoption of leadership practices such as Peer Consultation and Learning Circles also continued beyond the formal program.
