In front of an electric crowd inside Sydney's TikTok Entertainment Centre, the Maroons piled on 854.15 points from 10 qualified rides, while the Blues managed just 254.90 points from three rides, capping off a flawless 2026 campaign after earlier victories in Newcastle and Brisbane.

While Queensland celebrated the clean sweep, New South Wales cowboy Toby Collins was recognised for his consistency across the series, claiming Cowboy of Origin honours and the coveted $30,000 bonus after a standout campaign in the Blues jersey.

Queensland's charge was led by Athol’s Zane Hall, who produced a brilliant two-ride performance to win the Sydney event with an aggregate score of 171.90 points, collecting 252 championship points. Hall opened with an 84.80-point ride aboard Asmodeus before backing it up with an outstanding 87.10-point ride on Man Glitter to claim event honours. Hall also stepped up for the team in round 2,  in for an injured Thomas Triplett in with an 87.30pt ride on El Chappo.

The ride of the night belonged to Maroon recruit Rylee Ward, whose spectacular 88.75-point ride aboard reigning Bucking Bull of the Year Alpha Blokes Warden earned the highest marked ride of the event and the highest score of his PBR career.

Alpha Blokes Warden once again proved why he is regarded as one of Australia's premier bovine athletes, earning the night's highest bull score of 43.45 points for the powerful out.

Queensland's clean sweep was built on contributions across the team, with Calliope’s Ben Bode, Mareeba’s Kurt Shephard and Rockhampton’s Caiden Sandilands all producing crucial rides as the Maroons completed the perfect Origin campaign and returned home unbeaten.

PBR Australia General Manager Glen Young said the 2026 series would be remembered as one of Queensland's finest.

"To win an Origin series is difficult. To go into Sydney and finish the job with a 3-0 clean sweep is something pretty special. Queensland rode with confidence, composure and incredible teamwork right from Origin 1 in Newcastle through to Sydney, and they thoroughly deserved the title. At the same time, Toby Collins has been outstanding across the entire series and is a very worthy Cowboy of Origin."
