Bulldogs join forces with NSW Government to tackle sideline abuse

 

What:  NRL club the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs are getting behind a NSW Government campaign to keep kid’s sport fun this winter by urging spectators to keep sideline behaviour positive.

 

The Bulldogs are joining more than 1,000 sports clubs and associations to support the NSW Office of Sport’s Shoosh for Kids winter campaign to share the message and keep sport fun for kids.

 

Bulldogs players Matt Burton, Kurt Mann and Harry Hayes will join junior players from Milperra Colts Junior Rugby League Club at Brighton-le Sands Beach today to share their experiences of why Shooshing for Kids is so important.

 

When: 12pm Monday, 20 April 2026

 

Where: Brighton-le Sands Beach, Corner Bay Street and The Grand Parade, Brighton-le-Sands

 

Photo opportunity:  Bulldogs and Milperra Colts players will participate in footy drills on the beach before Bulldogs players Matt Burton, Kurt Mann and Harry Hayes as well as Milperra Colts and NSW Office of Sport reps will speak about the Shoosh for Kids program.
