10,000 Conversations – Mental Health Support in Commuters’ Hands

Central Station Grand Concourse – Eddy Ave, Haymarket

 

Wednesday, 15 October 2025 – 8.30 to 9am


Thirty volunteers, joined by the NSW Minister for Mental Health, The Hon. Rose Jackson, Wesley Mission CEO, Rev Stu Cameron and Sydney Trains CEO, Matt Longland, will be handing out mental health support packs to 10,000 commuters at Australia’s busiest transport hub, Sydney’s Central Station, to launch 10,000 Conversations for Mental Health Month’

This 10,000 Conversations activation, marks Mental Health Month by placing connection, hope and support directly in commuters’ hands, encouraging people to pause, talk and check in with one another.
