MEDIA UPDATE

Greenpeace activists are currently occupying a gas platform at Woodside’s Scarborough gas site, over 200km off the coast of Western Australia, displaying banners reading “Stop Woodside’s Dirty Gas. Save Scott Reef.”

The environmental advocacy group is peacefully protesting Woodside's plans to drill for oil and gas at Scott Reef as part of its Browse proposal. Activists plan to stay as long as possible.
