Memory Walk & Jog South East Melbourne just weeks away!

Dementia Australia

The 2025 South East Melbourne Memory Walk & Jog is just a few short weeks away, with the event taking place on Saturday 10 May at Peter Scullin Reserve, Mordialloc.

Heading to South East Melbourne for the first time, Memory Walk & Jog will help advance the work of Dementia Australia, which delivers invaluable support, education and resources for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Memory Walk & Jog is about being part of the community and feeling supported. We are in this together, which is why participants can walk, jog or run and select from either 2.5km, 5km or 10km in distance.

Memory Walk & Jog is also a great opportunity for everyone to get active which research shows can help reduce our risk of dementia. Get active and beat dementia. Sign-up to participate in Memory Walk & Jog or volunteer by visiting https://www.memorywalk.com.au/event/south-east-melbourne/home.

Can’t attend Memory Walk & Jog but want to be involved? Organise your own group or individual walk or jog, with a MyWay event. Choose your own date and location and register at www.memorywalk.com.au/get-involved/mw.
