MIXI Australia Exceeds 50% in PointsBet

Melbourne, 29 August 2025

PointsBet Holdings Limited (ASX: PBH) (PointsBet) refers to the previously announced takeover offer for PointsBet from MIXI Australia Pty Ltd (MIXI Australia).

MIXI Australia has informed PointsBet that it has received acceptances such that its voting power in PointsBet has increased to more than 50%.

Accordingly, in accordance with section 624 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the closing date of MIXI Australia’s offer will automatically be extended by 14 days.

MIXI Australia’s takeover offer will now close at 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 12 September 2025.
