Money magazine partners with Arc to help students build financial confidence
Money magazine
Money magazine has partnered with Arc, the not-for-profit student organisation at UNSW, to provide all Arc members with free digital subscriptions to Money, giving students access to trusted personal finance information and tools designed to help them make smarter financial decisions.
As part of the partnership, Arc members will receive complimentary access to Money’s digital content, including insights on budgeting, saving, investing, property and wealth creation.
Money will also curate a selection of student-focused articles and resources within Arc’s ‘Arc Financial Wellness’ program, making relevant financial education easily accessible throughout the university experience.
Money magazine managing editor Vanessa Walker said the partnership reflects the growing appetite among younger Australians to take control of their financial futures.
“We’re seeing a significant increase in interest from younger Australians who want to learn more about investing, particularly exchange traded funds (ETFs), as well as practical ways to save for a home alongside ways to help manage cost-of-living pressures,” Walker said.
“Financial literacy is one of the most powerful tools young people can develop. Having access to trusted, independent information can help these students build good habits early and make informed decisions that benefit them for years to come.”
The partnership forms part of Money’s ongoing commitment to helping Australians of all ages improve their financial wellbeing through accessible, practical and independent financial guidance.
Arc currently has over 50,000 student members and is dedicated to ensure student wellbeing with their finance, health and beyond.
“While we are many things to many students, we are not always the experts in every field. Partnering with Money magazine has allowed us to offer students a relevant and valuable financial wellness resource, that we would not have otherwise been able to provide,” said Kathryn O’Connell from Arc.
