Global luxury furniture brand Natuzzi Italia signs a 10-year lease to establish its first flagship Melbourne showroom at The Balmain Building, Cremorne.
Skylife is delighted to announce that Natuzzi Italia has agreed to a long-term lease of 438 square metres on the ground floor of its landmark new development.
Founded in Italy in 1959, Natuzzi Italia is one of the world’s leading luxury furniture brands, renowned for its exceptional design and Italian craftsmanship.
The new showroom, scheduled to open in late March 2027, will showcase Natuzzi’s luxury collections in a prominent street-level location. The deal follows the recent announcement of Kennedy Consolidated as The Balmain Building’s foundation commercial tenant, leasing approximately 3,300 square metres across Levels 7, 8 and 9.
Skylife Managing Director, Mark Tartak said the two tenancy commitments demonstrated the broad appeal of The Balmain Building as a premium workplace, design and lifestyle destination.

Natuzzi Italia selected The Balmain Building for both its architecture and its strategic location.

Designed by Bates Smart, The Balmain Building comprises approximately 11,875 square metres of Premium Grade office accommodation and has been created around the changing expectations of businesses and their people.
The fully electric building has been designed and constructed to achieve a 5.5-Star NABERS Energy rating and a 6-Star Green Star rating.
