Operation Rosny public inquiry concludes

NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption has concluded the public inquiry for Operation Rosny, which is investigating allegations concerning possible offences under the Electoral Funding Act and other matters.

The inquiry commenced on 27 July 2026 and sat for 38 days over a 10-week period, during which 20 witnesses gave evidence.

The public inquiry was presided over by The Honourable Fabian Gleeson SC, Assistant Commissioner of the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption. Counsel Assisting the Commission were Dr Peggy Dwyer SC, Juliet Curtin and Hugo Wilesmith.

The Commission will now consider the evidence and submissions received during the inquiry as part of its ongoing investigation.
