Osmond Resources (ASX.OSM) Confirms Potential For Globally Significant EU Titanium (Rutile), Zircon And Rare Earth Project
Osmond Resources Limited ASX.OSM
___________________________
Osmond Resources Limited (ASX:OSM) (Osmond or the Company) is pleased to announce confirmatory assays from the primary quartzite-hosted, heavy mineral layer at the Orión EU Critical Minerals Project (Orión or the Project). As previously announced on 19 November 2025, drill hole AV-01 intersected world-class grades of critical minerals, including 1.5m* at 15.92% TiO2%† (15.7% rutile, 6% ilmenite)**, 5.67% ZrO2% (9.8% zircon), 1,225ppm HfO2%, 1.15% TREO‡ (1.7% monazite). Assays from drill hole AV-01bis, drilled vertically from the same location, has confirmed those of AV-01 by also intersecting high-grade titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr) and rare earth element (REE) mineralisation (Table 1; Figure 1; Appendix A and B).
True thickness is estimated to be 90-95% of downhole thickness.
† Primary cut-off: 3% TiO2, max. 0.9m internal dilution; Secondary cut-off: 5% TiO2, max. 0.6m internal dilution; Ternary cut-off: 8% TiO2, max. 0.3m internal dilution.
‡ TREO (Total Rare Earth Oxides): La2O3, CeO2, Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3, Y2O3.
§ MREO (Magnetic Rare Earth Oxides): Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3.
** Indicative rutile, ilmenite, zircon and monazite grades estimated from bulk sampling. Refer to Appendix C and Osmond’s ASX release dated 6 September 2024. The TIMA-X analysis is limited to the location of the bulk sampling and may not reflect the heavy mineral composition across the full breadth of the Orión Project. Detailed quantitative mineralogical studies are ongoing

AV-01bis Drill Hole Summary
Drill hole AV-01bis intersected the prospective heavy mineral-rich quartzite at 105.75m (Figures 2, 3 and 4; Appendix B). Assays highlights include††:
- 3.0m at 13.2% TiO2, 4.6% ZrO2, 1,020ppm HfO2, 0.89% TREO (0.24% MREO) from 105.75m,
- incl. 2.1m at 17.21 TiO2, 6.11% ZrO2, 1,356ppm HfO2, 1.16% TREO (0.31% MREO) from 105.75m,
- including 1.8m at 19.07% TiO2, 6.84% ZrO2, 1,517ppm HfO2, 1.29% TREO (0.35% MREO) from 105.75m.
On this basis, indicative heavy mineral grades include‡‡:
- 3.0m at 13.0% rutile, 5.0% ilmenite, 8.0% zircon, 1.3% monazite from 105.75m,
- incl. 2.1m at 17.0% rutile, 6.5% ilmenite, 10.6% zircon, 1.8% monazite from 105.75m,
- including 1.8m at 18.8% rutile, 7.2% ilmenite, 11.9% zircon, 2.0% monazite from 105.75m.
In conjunction with assay results from the main prospective quartzite layer in AV-01, which was intersected ~27m away, drilling has confirmed world-class grades of Ti-Zr-REE mineralisation in Zone 1 at the Orión Project (Figure 4).
The Company continues to build on its understanding of the Pochico Formation stratigraphy and will prioritise drill hole locations where it believes the primary quartzite layer is prevalent.

Additional assay results
The final outstanding assay results in drill hole AV-01 from the other prospective quartzite layers have also been received (Table 2; Appendix D)***. These have confirmed that although multiple quartzite layers are prospective for heavy minerals, the grades and thickness are significantly lower than the primary quartzite layer intersected by AV-01 and AV-01bis.
True thickness is estimated to be 90-95% of downhole thickness.
† Primary cut-off: 2% TiO2, max. 0.9m internal dilution; Secondary cut-off: 5% TiO2, max. 0.6m internal dilution; Ternary cut-off: 8% TiO2, max. 0.3m internal dilution.
‡ TREO (Total Rare Earth Oxides): La2O3, CeO2, Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, Yb2O3, Lu2O3, Y2O3.
§ MREO (Magnetic Rare Earth Oxides): Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3.
** Indicative rutile, ilmenite, zircon and monazite grades estimated from bulk sampling. Refer to Appendix C and Osmond’s ASX release dated 6 September 2024. The TIMA-X analysis is limited to the location of the bulk sampling and may not reflect the heavy mineral composition across the full breadth of the Orión Project. Detailed quantitative mineralogical studies are ongoing.
Assay results have also been received from channel samples taken along the primary heavy mineral quartzite layer where it outcrops in valleys adjacent to drill holes AV-01 and AV-01bis (Figure 2; Appendix D). The channel samples have also recorded high-grade Ti, Zr and REE assay results which adds further confidence to the continuity of the prospective quartzite in Zone 1.
Drilling Update
Five drill holes, for a total of 1,672.7m, have been completed at Orión with an additional one drill hole in progress. All drill holes have intersected the prospective Pochico Formation quartzites. The Company makes no representation regarding the grades of the identified layers.
Samples from the main prospective quartzite layers have been submitted to an independent laboratory with results being fast-tracked. Results are anticipated to be received every 2-3 weeks.
