Osmond Resources Limited (ASX: OSM) (Osmond or the Company) is pleased to announce further results from its maiden drilling program at the Orión EU Critical Minerals Project (Orión or the Project). Following the previously announced results from drill hole AV-01 (refer to Osmond’s ASX releases dated 7 and 14 October 2025), the Company confirms the prospective Pochico Formation quartzites have been intersected in three additional drill holes, AV-01bis, SOR-02 and NWOR-03 (Figure 1 and 2; Tables 1 and 2).

Background
The Pochico Formation has been mapped throughout the Project area and is characterised by containing multiple layers enriched in heavy minerals. Within the Orión Investigation Permit (“P.I.”), heavy mineral prospective layers have been mapped and sampled by Osmond across a minimum three prospective zones and have been shown to be highly anomalous in the critical and strategic minerals rutile, zircon and monazite*. Heavy Mineral concentrations up to ~33% have been recorded by bulk channel sampling in Zone 1 (Table 3) (refer to Osmond’s ASX release dated 6 September 2024).
Drilling summary
The second drill hole at the Orión Project, vertical drill hole AV-01bis, was drilled at the same location as AV-01 (Figure 1). As anticipated, it intersected the same geology as that observed in drill hole AV-01, with the main prospective layer intersected from 104.85m to 108.75m (3.9m in thickness; Table 2). The prospective quartzite layer intersected in AV-01 and AV-01bis are separated by ~27m at the depth of intersection and indicate the prospective layer is near horizontal. The drill hole was terminated at 120m depth.
Drill hole SOR-02, located ~1.7km WSW of AV-01 (Figure 1), intersected the targeted Pochico Formation at a greater depth to that in AV-01 and AV-01bis. The Company is pleased to announce that prospective quartzite layers were intersected at 373.4m to 375.3m (1.9m thick) and 385.90 to 388.60 (2.7m thick) (Table 2). With these intersections, prospectivity in Zone 1 has been confirmed over a strike of least 1.7km. The drill hole was terminated at 458m depth.
Drill hole NWOR-03, located ~9.5km NW of AV-01 in Zone 3 (Figure 2), intersected a quartzite layer from 132.6m to 135.9m (3.3m thick) (Table 2) and confirms the broader prospectivity of the Pochico Formation throughout the Orión P.I. The drill hole was terminated at 202.2m.
Detailed geological logging and downhole geophysics continues for the completed drill holes which will assist with stratigraphic correlations of the prospective layers.
General update
Samples from the main prospective quartzite layer in AV-01 and AV-01bis have been submitted to an independent laboratory with assay results anticipated in 2-3 weeks. Prospective quartzite layers in the remainder of AV-01 and AV-01bis will be submitted in due course. Geological logging of SOR-02 and NORW-03 continues with additional lab submissions scheduled for the coming weeks.
Osmond is continuing with its maiden 15-hole drilling program at Orión with two rigs currently operating. The Company is planning on mobilising a third rig to expedite and expand the drill program.
