______________

Osmond Resources Limited (ASX:OSM) (Osmond or the Company) is pleased to confirm exceptional assay results from the primary heavy mineral layer at its first drill hole, AV-01, at the Orión EU Critical Minerals Project (Orión or the Project) (Table 1; Figure 1; Appendix A). As previously announced on 14 October 2025 and 31 October 2025, drill hole AV-01 intersected multiple laminated quartzite layers of the Pochico Formation that the Company considered prospective for heavy minerals (rutile, ilmenite, zircon and monazite). Assays have now confirmed that the main quartzite layer in AV-01 hosts world-class grades of titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr) and rare earth element (REE) mineralisation (Table 1; Appendix B).

Furthermore, the assays confirm local continuity of mineralisation between the drill hole and bulk samples taken from adjacent outcrops that recorded highly anomalous heavy mineral (HM) concentrations of up to 33%††, which included the valuable heavy minerals (VHM) rutile (up to 15.4%), ilmenite (up to 6.2%), zircon (up to 9.8%) and monazite (up to 1.8%) (Figure 2; Table 2).

AV-01 Drill Hole Summary

Detailed geological logging and down hole gamma ray geophysical logging has identified at least seven prospective quartzite layers (refer to ASX announcement dated 15 October 2025). Assays from the primary, weakly-laminated quartzite layer in AV-01 has confirmed the potential for the Pochico Formation to host exceptional, world-class grades of Ti-Zr-REE mineralisation (Table 1; Figures 2 and 3; Appendix B).

Assays highlights from AV-01 include‡‡:
- 3.0m at 10.39% TiO2, 3.51% ZrO2, 756ppm HfO2, 0.72% TREO (incl. 0.19% MREO) from 108.45m,
- incl. 2.1m at 13.18% TiO2, 4.55% ZrO2, 984ppm HfO2, 0.92% TREO (incl. 0.24% MREO) from 108.45m,
- incl. 1.5m at 15.92% TiO2, 5.67% ZrO2, 1,225ppm HfO2, 1.15% TREO (incl. 0.30% MREO) from 108.75m.

On this basis, indicative heavy mineral grades include§§:
- 3.0m at 10.2% rutile, 3.9% ilmenite, 6.1% zircon, 1.1% monazite from 108.45m,
- incl. 2.1m at 13.0% rutile, 5.0% ilmenite, 7.9% zircon, 1.4% monazite from 108.45m,
- incl. 1.5m at 15.7% rutile, 6.0% ilmenite, 9.8% zircon, 1.7% monazite from 108.75m.

The Company is highly encouraged by the high-grade Ti and Zr results which make the Orión EU Critical Minerals Project globally competitive with respect to grade. Furthermore, highly anomalous REE grades, including the valuable magnetic rare earth oxides (MREO) [Pr6O11, Nd2O3, Sm2O3, Tb4O7, Dy2O3], have the potential to be valuable co-products.

Drilling Update

Five drill holes, for a total of 1,302.2m, have been completed at Orión with an additional two drill holes in progress. All drill holes have intersected the prospective Pochico Formation quartzites. The Company makes no representation regarding the grades of the identified layers.

Samples from the main prospective quartzite layers have been submitted to an independent laboratory with results being fast-tracked. Results are anticipated to be received every 2-3 weeks.

Corporate Update

The Company is progressing multiple work streams focusing on the potential supply of heavy mineral feedstocks to downstream titanium, zirconium, rare earth element and silica industries. Osmond is optimistic the potential scale and grade of the Orión project offers a unique multi-generational opportunity for the supply and processing of critical raw minerals within the EU. The Company looks forward to engaging with all stakeholders.
