ORMEAU, Qld, 3 August 2026: OzKleen Asia Pacific, the family-owned Gold Coast cleaning products manufacturer, has won the Family Business category at the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards for July 2026. The category was sponsored by the Queensland Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business.

The award recognises OzKleen as a family-run business built on the Gold Coast over more than three decades. The company was started 35 years ago and remains owned and run by the Quinn family, with the first and second generations now working in the business together from its Ormeau factory and office.

OzKleen manufactures its range of household cleaning products, including its flagship Shower Power, in Queensland, and sells through retailers across Australia. Alongside the Quinn family, the business is supported by a team of long-serving employees, some approaching 20 years of service.

The July 2026 result adds to a track record at the awards that spans more than 25 years. OzKleen previously won in the Manufacturing and Construction category in 2000, and in the Family Business category in 2005 and 2006.
