Perth, Australia – October 14, 2025 - Resolution Minerals Ltd today announced that it has been formally invited by His Excellency, The Hon Dr. Kevin Rudd AC, Australia’s Ambassador to the United States, to provide a detailed briefing on the Company’s Horse Heaven Gold-Antimony-Tungsten Project in Idaho, U.S.

The request comes ahead of the upcoming meeting between Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and U.S. President Donald Trump, scheduled for Thursday, October 20, 2025, in Washington D.C.

The Horse Heaven Project hosts multi-commodity prospectivity, including gold, antimony, and tungsten, all listed on the U.S. Critical Minerals List. Located adjacent to Perpetua Resources’ Stibnite Antimony and Gold Mine (NASDAQ: PPTA; ~A$3 billion market cap), Horse Heaven is strategically positioned to benefit from the growing partnership between Australia and the U.S. to strengthen domestic supply chains for critical minerals.

The inclusion of Horse Heaven in the official briefing materials underscores the Australian Government’s recognition of Resolution’s role in advancing secure and responsible mineral supply chains, supporting U.S. efforts to establish a domestic supply of antimony for defence and industrial applications.

CEO of U.S. Operations, Craig Lindsay, commented:

“Resolution Minerals appreciates the opportunity to brief Ambassador Rudd on the Horse Heaven Project ahead of the Prime Minister’s visit to Washington.”

“Horse Heaven is a significant Australian-led project in the United States, with historical and potential future production of gold, antimony and tungsten, which are all critical to industrial and defence applications. The briefing reflects the constructive cooperation between Australia and the U.S. on the development of secure, transparent critical mineral supply chains.”

“We look forward to contributing to this dialogue and providing an update on our progress of our work in Idaho.”

U.S. Strategic Engagement on Critical Minerals

Resolution has been requested to provide detailed information on Horse Heaven to Prime Minister Albanese as part of preparations for his upcoming meeting with President Trump, where critical minerals and supply chain security will be key agenda items.

The briefing will cover:

  1. A summary of the Horse Heaven Project

  2. Current status and development progress

  3. Project scale and potential expansion plans

  4. Mineral resource value and economic significance

  5. Future development opportunities within Idaho

This engagement marks a milestone for Resolution, reinforcing the strategic importance of Horse Heaven to the U.S. critical minerals supply chain and broader bilateral cooperation on resources security.

Antimony and Tungsten: Critical to U.S. National Security

Both antimony and tungsten are included on the 2025 U.S. Draft Critical Minerals List published by the Department of the Interior. These minerals are essential to the defence and technology sectors, supporting national security and advanced manufacturing.

The U.S. Government continues to promote domestic critical minerals projects through expedited permitting, grant funding, and equity participation, reflecting growing urgency to reduce reliance on imports. Such policies are expected to accelerate projects like Horse Heaven that can reinforce the U.S. industrial base and strengthen its alliance with Australia.

Horse Heaven Project

The Horse Heaven Project comprises 729 federal lode mining claims covering approximately 14,580 acres and hosts multiple past-producing antimony, tungsten, and gold mines. High-priority exploration zones include the Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge prospects, where shallow historic drilling has already confirmed mineralisation from surface.

Located near the town of Cascade, Idaho, the Project benefits from proximity to major infrastructure and its shared boundary with Perpetua Resources’ Stibnite Gold Project, a world-class deposit expected to become one of the largest high-grade, low-cost gold mines in the U.S. and the only domestic antimony source.

Stibnite historically produced 980,000 ounces of gold, 88 million pounds of antimony, and 13.5 million pounds of tungsten during World War II and the Korean War, representing 90% of total U.S. antimony production at the time.

Resolution recently completed its Phase 1 drilling campaign at Horse Heaven and is now analysing results. A multi-pronged exploration program is underway, including stream sediment sampling, geological mapping, and rock chip testing, with updates to be released as results become available.
