Secondary listing provides access to U.S. investors as RML advances major drilling program at Horse Heaven in Idaho

SYDNEY – 8 September 2026 – ASX-listed Resolution Minerals Limited (ASX:RML; Nasdaq:RML) will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market today, providing the U.S.-focused explorer with an additional platform to reach American investors as it advances its flagship Horse Heaven Project in Idaho.

Resolution will retain its primary ASX listing, with no capital raising associated with the Nasdaq listing. American Depositary Shares will trade under the same ticker, RML, with each ADS representing 200 ordinary RML shares.

The move comes during an active period for Resolution at Horse Heaven, where the Company is undertaking its largest drilling program to date at Golden Gate as it seeks to define the scale and extent of the emerging gold and tungsten system.

The broader Horse Heaven strategy also includes Antimony Ridge, providing RML with exposure to antimony at a time when the United States is seeking to strengthen domestic supplies of strategically important critical minerals.

Both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge have received FAST-41 status in the United States.

Managing Director Ari Zaetz said:

“The commencement of trading on Nasdaq is a very important strategic milestone for Resolution Minerals and the natural progression of our growing presence in the United States.

“Our focus remains firmly on advancing the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho. At Golden Gate, we are undertaking our largest drilling program to date as we work to define the scale and extent of the emerging gold and tungsten system, while Antimony Ridge provides a second development opportunity focused on high-grade antimony.

“With both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge now recognised under the FAST-41 framework, Resolution is increasingly well positioned within the U.S. push to establish secure domestic supplies of critical minerals. The Nasdaq listing complements this strategy by increasing our visibility and accessibility to U.S. investors as we continue to advance Horse Heaven.”

Resolution’s Nasdaq listing follows the Company’s A$20 million institutionally-led placement in April, cornerstoned by Tribeca Investment Partners and L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund.

The Company expects its U.S. listing to increase visibility among U.S. investors and the broader critical minerals investment community, while its ordinary shares will continue to trade on the ASX.
