Rewiring Australia’s Co-Founder Saul Griffith heads to South Australia for community discussion on energy savings and climate action
South Australians have one of the highest adoption rates of renewables in the world, but there is still a way to go to ensure a fairer and faster uptake of electric technology in our communities.
Join Saul Griffith, engineer and Chief Scientist at Rewiring Australia in conversation with Dr Kate Wylie (Doctors for the Environment) on Monday, September 1st. Saul Griffith will discuss his latest book Plug In! The Electrification Handbook. Electrification is the future of energy in a low carbon world, and Saul will discuss topics from his book: practical advice for everyday Australians on electrifying their homes and cars to reduce costs, increase energy independence and to take meaningful action on climate change in our communities.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions on all things electric with our panel guests, including:
-
City of Mitcham Mayor Heather Holmes-Ross
-
Solar Quotes founder and renewables expert Finn Peacock
-
SAPN Customer Innovation Manager Sam Craft
