STEPS Pathways Charity launches 100 Connect to raise funds for student support

STEPS Pathways Charity has launched its 100 Connect fundraising initiative that is designed to transform the lives of young adults with a disability and autism through holistic independence education.
Individuals and businesses are encouraged to commit to a monthly donation of $100, creating a sustainable source of funding for STEPS Pathways College, the first and only College of its kind in Australia.
STEPS Pathways Charity Manager Katrina May said that the initiative will help shape a brighter future enabling the College to deliver initiatives that lead to real change and lasting impact.
“When you join STEPS Pathways Charity 100 Connect, you’ll be part of a community that believes in our students, invests in their futures, and celebrates their transformation on their journey to independence,” Ms May said.
“I believe what we accomplish here at STEPS Pathways College is extraordinary and is unrivalled in this country,” she said.
"When we empower young people with a disability and autism to live independently, we don’t just transform individual lives—we strengthen the communities they belong to, creating a ripple effect of inclusion, contribution and shared growth. I encourage you to please join 100 Connect and be part of this powerful movement.”
Carmel Crouch AM, STEPS Managing Director and founder of STEPS Pathways College, said she is extremely grateful to everyone that joins 100 Connect and plays a part in transforming the lives of young people with a disability and giving them a pathway to independence.
“The funds raised will go directly to ensuring that no student is left behind. That no learning is interrupted. That every young person who comes through our doors continues to build the skills, and the confidence, to have the future they want and deserve,” Ms Crouch said.
Anyone interested in becoming a founding member is encouraged to visit the STEPS Pathways Charity 100 Connect webpage and sign up online or contact the STEPS Pathways Charity team on 07 5458 3000 for more information.
