SYDNEY STEPS OUT FOR MENTAL HEALTH — WALK TO WORK DAY HITS THE HARBOUR BRIDGE ON TOMORROW, 27 MARCH 2026

26 March 2026: Sydney’s iconic Harbour Bridge will form the backdrop for Walk to Work Day supporting Black Dog Institute tomorrow, with business leaders, advocates and workers walking into the CBD to highlight the role of simple, everyday movement in supporting mental health.

Media are invited to capture a morning walk following a Harbour Bridge route into the CBD — bringing to life a practical, cost-free action Australians can take to support their mental health.
