Moviegoers in Ipswich are in for a treat with HOYTS rolling out a new blockbuster price of $13* standard tickets from now, giving audiences big screen entertainment for less at their local cinema.

Opened less than a year ago in the Nicholas Street Precinct, HOYTS Ipswich brings the big screen experience to life with six auditoriums and a variety of seating choices to suit every movie lover.  With the new pricing now in effect, there’s never been a better time to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.

HOYTS General Manager of Cinema Operations Christina Langdon said the new standard ticket pricing at HOYTS Ipswich gives moviegoers the chance to enjoy the latest blockbusters on the big screen in premium comfort, all at a budget friendly price.

 

“Offering our guests $13* standard tickets means movie lovers across the region can enjoy more big screen moments for less,” Christina said.

“We’ve created an experience for movie lovers that can’t be replicated at home, and we’re making it even more accessible for our guests with the new standard pricing applying all day, every day at HOYTS Ipswich.”

For an additional surcharge, guests can choose to upgrade their $13* standard tickets to experience a movie in an extra-comfy powered recliner or a D-BOX motion recliner that moves in sync with all the on-screen action. For something a little more laid back, guests can opt for a HOYTS Daybed, which offers dreamy comfort and uninterrupted views.

 

In addition to the $13* price for standard seating at its Ipswich cinema, HOYTS will continue to run other discounted ticket offers including:

• $10^ Sunday Sessions, where all movies are just $10 before noon on Sundays
• HOYTS Little Stars, where HOYTS Reward members can enjoy $9^ standard tickets on selected family friendly movies
• HOYTS Rewards member offers, where guests can save an extra 10% on movie tickets^ when they join for free

 

The HOYTS Ipswich cinema also boasts an abundance of food and beverage options including Treat City, Ice-Cream Land and Artie’s Bar & Café.

 

Movie fans can take advantage of the $13* standard ticket price to experience the newly released thriller, I Know What You Did Last Summer, starring Madelyn Cline alongside Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jennifer Love Hewitt reprising their iconic roles; or take in the action with the highly anticipated Marvel release, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, starring Pedro Pascal which hits the big screen 24 July.

For audiences who prefer movies with a bite, Bambi: The Reckoning offers a darker twist on a classic tale. As the fourth instalment in the Twisted Childhood Universe, it delivers a fresh take on childhood stories gone eerie. This movie will be available exclusively at HOYTS from 24 July.

 

Young families will enjoy Tummy Tom: A New Friend for Tummy Tom, coming to HOYTS 31 July. Inspired by the bestselling children’s book, the movie follows a curious and adventurous tomcat and his animal friends as they explore the world with the wide-eyed wonder of a preschooler.
