14 April 2026 – American Express delicious. Month Out (AEDMO) returns next month, encouraging consumers to dine out across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra throughout May.
In celebration of the seventh consecutive year of this much-loved culinary campaign, globally renowned pastry chef and Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi will travel to Sydney to bring her iconic New York bakery to Aussie shores for the first time.
Tosi will transform Ace Hotel Sydney’s laneway cafe Good Chemistry, into Milk Bar – recreating the iconic New York experience for Sydneysiders. From 1 – 3 May, between 8am and 2pm daily, the Milk Bar takeover will offer rare access to the iconic brand where visitors can purchase a variety of Tosi’s sweet sensations including her famous Cereal Milk soft serve and signature cookies. Also on offer will be a limited-edition dessert inspired by classic Australian flavours created by Tosi for AEDMO. The first 100 American Express Card Members to visit each day will receive a complimentary serving of this limited-edition dessert.

This year, the exclusive American Express Card Member offer returns and is available at over 65,000 participating venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra, offering 20% back up to $25 per card from 28 April – 31 May.
Since the campaign launched in 2020, the AEDMO Amex Card Member offer has contributed over $216 million to the local dining industry and has supported tens of thousands of restaurants and dining venues.
