Tinybeans (ASX:TNY) posts maiden Adjusted EBITDA profit in FY26

Tinybeans posts its first-ever Adjusted EBITDA profit of US$427,000 for FY26, reversing a US$1.44 million loss in FY25.
Total revenue grew 35% year-on-year to US$6.49 million, driven by 45% subscription revenue growth and 646% e-commerce revenue growth.
The Qeepsake acquisition delivered an approximate 80% subscriber uplift on day one, underpinning two consecutive EBITDA-positive quarters.
The company closed the year with US$1.64 million in cash and no debt, following a ~33% cost-out in FY25.
Tinybeans Group Limited (ASX:TNY) has posted its first Adjusted EBITDA profit, marking a turnaround for the family memory-keeping platform.
The company recorded Adjusted EBITDA of US$427,000 for FY26, reversing a US$1.44 million loss in FY25. Total revenue grew 35% year-on-year to US$6.49 million. Subscription revenue, now around 74% of total revenue, rose 45% to US$4.82 million with 96% annual retention on Tinybeans+. E-commerce revenue climbed 646% to US$767,000, aided by the launch of an iOS in-app photo store.
The acquisition of Qeepsake delivered an approximate 80% subscriber uplift on day one and underpinned two consecutive EBITDA-positive quarters in Q3 and Q4 FY26. Fourth-quarter revenue reached approximately US$1.9 million, up 57% year-on-year.
Tinybeans ended the year with US$1.64 million in cash and no debt, following a cost-out of around 33% in FY25. Tracy Cho, former CEO of Qeepsake, was appointed permanent Chief Executive Officer in July post FY end.
Of the results Cho says, "FY26 was the year Tinybeans came into its own, achieving positive operating cash flow while staying true to what makes us different: a private, trusted space for families to hold onto the moments that matter.”
The company also flagged app discovery, brand repositioning and product advancement as its key strategic priorities for FY27.
