UNSW experts available for comment on the emissions target

UNSW Sydney

Dr Wesley Morgan is a Research Associate at the UNSW Institute for Climate Risk & Response (ICRR), with a PhD in International Relations. He has deep expertise in how international cooperation and foreign policy intersect with climate change, particularly for Australia and Pacific Island nations. 

Dr Timothy Neal is a Scientia Senior Lecturer in the School of Economics at UNSW as well as the ICRR. His research focuses on modelling the economic impacts of climate change (including effects on crop yields, macroeconomic damages, and supply-chain disruptions). 

Associate Professor Bryce Kelly from the UNSW School of Biological, Earth & Environmental Sciences is an expert in greenhouse gas measurement and modelling, with a focus on verifying emissions inventories.

Dr Tanya Fiedler is a Scientia Fellow at the UNSW Business and School of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation, as well as the ICRR. Her expertise is in climate risk accounting and accountability.
