Dr Harry Hobbs is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law & Justice at UNSW with a research focus on public law and the rights of Indigenous peoples.

Dr Hobbs is investigating treaty-making between Indigenous nations and governments in Canada and Aotearoa New Zealand to inform Australia’s own path forward.
