In a milestone expansion for the boutique home-building network, Wattle Court has welcomed its newest franchise partner with the launch of Wattle Court Mid-Coast.

Formerly operating as Caldon and led by experienced builder Brad Caldon, the new office will service Taree, Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Forster, Gloucester and surrounding areas, combining deep local expertise with the nationally trusted Wattle Court framework to provide clients with a personalised, high-quality home-building experience. 

Bringing more than two decades of construction experience, a multi-generational building legacy, and an award-winning reputation to the Wattle Court family, Brad sees the partnership as a dynamic step forward for the business.

“Joining Wattle Court means we can stay true to our roots in the community while also growing with new momentum,” Brad said. “It’s the best of both worlds, and we’re excited to see where this journey takes us and our clients.”

With more than 200 homes delivered and a track record for navigating complex builds on challenging rural and coastal blocks, Caldon’s transition to Wattle Court is a move from strength to strength. Brad shared that he’s pleased to be taking this next step with the team that has been by his side for years, along with their trusted network of suppliers and subcontractors.

“We’re keeping the same crew and continuing the same quality service,” Brad said. “It means our clients will still get the care and craftsmanship that they know us for, now with the fresh energy and vision of the Wattle Court brand.”
