World's largest beach club to soon open as Dubai unveils J1 Beach with 13 new luxury beachfront precincts

Dubai will once again break records in 2024, this time with the world’s largest beach club. Sirene by GAIA, the world’s largest beach club at 9,000 square metres is set to open in December 2024.
With a restaurant capacity of 400 seats and a beach front that features a stunning swimming pool, 300 sunbeds, and exclusive luxurious cabanas, the space is inspired by The Sirenes from Greek Mythology embodying the enchanting power of beauty and music.
The new beach club will be located at the newly developed J1 Beach in Jumeirah. This eagerly awaited urban riviera will transform Dubai’s beachfront dining scene with J1 Beach housing 13 internationally acclaimed concepts.
With 10 restaurants and 3 beach clubs, it's poised to become a haven for foodies and sun-seekers alike.

GIGI RIGOLATTO – Open Now
Gigi Rigolatto brings the charm of the Italian way of life to Dubai’s shores. With a curated menu and intricate design that includes a lush garden, private pool, Bellini bar, kids’ circus, and concept store, Gigi Rigolatto caters to those who appreciate the finer things in life and is now officially open for business welcoming those who would like to dip in the waters and escape to the serene atmosphere that Gigi Rigolatto brings to the shores of Dubai from Italy.
ALMAYASS BY THE SEA – Opening November 1
For those who love a little tradition with their seaside experience, Almayass by the Sea is a must-visit. It’s bringing the rich culinary history of Lebanon and Armenia to J1 Beach, serving up mezze-style dishes that pay tribute to the flavours of Beirut. Think plates of grilled meats, fresh salads, and aromatic spices, all with a stunning view of the Arabian Gulf.
AFRICAN QUEEN – Opening November/December 2024
Since 1969, African Queen has enchanted the South of France with its unique fusion of French and African flavours. Now setting sail for J1 Beach Dubai, helmed by Chef Thierry Paludetto, promises an unparalleled gastronomic journey. BAÔLI – Opening November
For contemporary Japanese cuisine with a touch of new Asian flavours, Baôli Dubai is your destination. By day, it’s perfect for sunbathing with a side of mocktails, and by night, it turns into a chic spot for sunset vibes and a DJ-fueled evening. With its lush jungle-inspired ambience, this hotspot has already made waves in Miami and Cannes, and now it’s about to captivate Dubai. This culinary haven opens soon in November to add an uplifting touch Dubai's dining scene.
CHOUCHOU – Opening November/December 2024
Discover the exclusivity of Chouchou, an elite beach house member’s club inspired by French culinary delights. GITANO – Opening November 1
Gitano meaning “gypsy” in Spanish, embodies a diverse and eclectic vibe, promises an elevated dinner and dancing experiences with signature mezcal cocktails and a modern Mexican menu. Opening their doors on November 1st, get ready to stroll in throught their giant wooden doors and take in the vibrant and lucious greeny that Gitano is bringing to Dubai.
INA – Opening TBC
Meaning ‘fire’ in Nigerian Yoruba, INA will open soon for dinner only, and promises a multi-sensory journey of African-inspired, open-fire cooking, in a space that’s thoughtful and warm.

LA BAIA – Opening December
La Baia by the Beach channels the spirit of the Amalfi Coast, offering sun-drenched interiors and a menu steeped in Southern Italian flavours. It’s where relaxed lunches melt into golden-hour dinners, creating a refined yet effortless coastal escape in the heart of the city.
LUNICO – Opening November/December 2024

SIRENE BY GAIA – Opening November
Sirene by Gaia offers a serene coastal escape at J1 Beach, conceived by industry experts Evgeny Kuzin and Chef Izu Ani. Embracing the beauty of a Greek summer, Sirene by Gaia presents authentic Greek Mediterranean flavours in a picturesque beachside setting
