16 April 2026: Zambrero is delighted to launch the Nourish+ Bowl & Burrito, a new limited-time menu offering built around one of the brand's most ambitious ingredient combinations yet.
Available for a limited time only, the Nourish+ layers fresh vegetables, vibrant sauces and contrasting textures into a build that rewards every bite - from the first crunch of sesame to the last spoonful of house-made guacamole - all wrapped around your choice of protein, including grilled chicken, barbacoa beef or pulled mushroom, finished with your choice of sauce.
A kale, cabbage and carrot slaw dressed in Zambrero's signature Trezigo sauce anchors the build, layered with sesame crunch, pickled onions, house-made guacamole, black beans and black rice. Each element has been chosen to pull its weight - in taste, in texture and in visual impact. The result is nothing short of a perfection in a bowl... or a burrito.
